TERRIE: OFFICE MANAGER

Terrie has been with the practice for 20 years. She directs patient care from your first visit to your last post-op visit. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery. You will feel at ease during your recovery, knowing that you have Terrie as first contact for questions and concerns which make recovery a comforting experience.

CHRISTI: FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Christi is our Front Office Coordinator & has been with our practice for 14 years. Christi was born & raised here where she continues to reside, raising her 2 children Jaelyn and Lennox. She began working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2002 & is knowledgeable in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Christi will walk you through step by step, from answering your questions, to scheduling your first consultation visit with Dr. Wallace to finding the perfect date for your surgery. If your procedure is considered reconstructive and medically necessary, Christi is your go-to person. She will secure pre-certification and benefit information. She will handle everything to do with workers compensation including authorizations from the workers compensation adjuster. Christi always listens to each & every patients concerns and addresses their concerns as an individual. She understands that a lot of patients are uncomfortable or in pain and need relief soon so getting patients scheduled as quickly as possible is top priority. Christi loves being able to assist and guide patients throughout the entire surgery process. She is committed to building lasting relationships with patients, and to make every patient feel comfortable and secure in their decision to have surgery.

CHRISTINA: MEDICAL ASSISTANT/BILLING

Christina has been with our practice for thirteen years with her specialties in medical assistance, billing, coding and the Spanish language – all vital to our practice.

ADAM: DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR OF OR

Adam, a 10-year veteran of our practice, with 20 years of experience in the operating room, works as the first assistant to Dr. Wallace at Bent Tree Surgery Center, as well as Baylor Surgicare at Valley View.
